Neumann/Smith announces the opening of a design studio in downtown Detroit's Wright Kay Building.

 

The M@dison was named one of the "World's Coolest Offices" by Inc. Magazine. The select group of only 20 offices was cited as being some of the world's best-designed and most awe-inspiring (featured as #13).

 

The M@dison received an Honor Award from AIA Detroit.

 

The DTE Energy Campus received the People's Choice Award from AIA Detroit. The submission was among some 40 other projects submitted for the annual awards program.

 

The M@dison was featured in CAM Magazine's Special Issue 2012 as one of the year's 12 most outstanding construction projects.

 

Neumann/Smith is designing a new downtown parking garage with ground-floor retail for Rock Ventures LLC.

 

The Berman Center for the Performing Arts was featured in CAM Magazine's Special Issue 2012 as one of the year's 12 most outstanding construction projects.

 

The Michigan College of Optometry was featured in CAM Magazine as a Construction Highlight.

 

Neumann/Smith was selected by Ferris State University to transform the current Rankin Student Center into a modern future-oriented University Center that will be the heart of the campus ... an architectural showpiece that is a place of community and pride, that fosters social interaction and that is an inviting draw for future students.

 

The Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University received an "M" Award for Excellence in Masonry Design from the Masonry Institute of Michigan and AIA Michigan.

 

The Hillside Place Residence Hall at Michigan Technological University received the President's Award from the Masonry Institute of Michigan and AIA Michigan.
