Neumann/Smith has formalized the long-standing business association with Hannah & Associates and established a joint venture known as Hannah-Neumann/Smith. The strategic partnership creates a Detroit-based, woman-owned, Minority Business Enterprise offering comprehensive architecture and interior design services to better serve clients in the downtown community.

 

Neumann/Smith announces the opening of a design studio in downtown Detroit's Wright Kay Building.

 

The M@dison was named one of the "World's Coolest Offices" by Inc. Magazine. The select group of only 20 offices was cited as being some of the world's best-designed and most awe-inspiring (featured as #13).

 

The M@dison received an Honor Award from AIA Detroit.

 

The DTE Energy Campus received the People's Choice Award from AIA Detroit. The submission was among some 40 other projects submitted for the annual awards program.
