One Kennedy Square received a 2011/2012 TOBY Award as one of the Outstanding Buildings of the Year from the Building Owners and Managers Association of Metropolitan Detroit (BOMA).

The new Detroit Arsenal Administrative Building and Parking Garage for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers achieved USGBC LEEDŽ Gold. The project also received a Build Michigan award from the Associated General Contractors of America and was featured in CAM Magazine's Special Issue Construction 2011.

The new Headquarters for Centurion Medical Products achieved USGBC LEED Gold  and was featured in Green Building & Design (Volume 3/No. 15/2012).  The project was also selected as the "2010 Green Project of the Year" by CAM Magazine.

The Hillside Place Residence Hall at Michigan Technological University achieved USGBC LEED Gold and was featured in Green Building & Design (Volume 3/No. 15/2012).  The project was also featured in CAM Magazine's Special Issue Construction 2011.  See a three-minute time-lapse video of the construction courtesy of Michigan Technological University.

The DTE Energy Campus Enhancements project received an Honor Award from the American Society of Landscape Architects; an AIA Michigan Honor Award; the Facility Management Achievement Award from the Southeastern Chapter of the International Facility Management Association; the Building of America Award from Real Estate & Construction Review; and the Outstanding Achievement Award-Honorable Mention from the Engineering Society of Detroit.

Oakland County International Airport celebrated the opening of its new "Green" Terminal and Administrative Building.  The project received Honorable Mention for CAM Magazine's 2011 Green Project of the Year.

Neumann/Smith created an edgy industrial design with high-energy graphics and furniture for the newly renovated Madison, helping Quicken Loans found and Chairman Dan Gilbert realize his dream of turning downtown Detroit into a digital entrepreneurial hub by redeveloping historic buildings.
