This privately owned, 896-bed student housing development adjacent to the University of Michigan’s North Campus offers a wide variety of bedroom configurations located in three, four-story high courtyard buildings. Each unit features from one to four private bedrooms and a central living and dining space with full kitchen and laundry facilities. A centrally located community area includes management offices, a model apartment, recreational lounges, club meeting rooms, a cyber café, tanning salons, a 20 seat movie theatre, music practice rooms and a sand volleyball court. A 182 space, two-level underground parking garage will be located under the northern building.

Schedule and budget were carefully monitored by the development team, owner, architect and construction manager to ensure the timing, marketability and design approvals required by a tri-party agreement with the City and the University of Michigan.
