The M@dison will serve as a showcase for the dream of Quicken Loans founder and Chiarman, Dan Gilbert, to create a digital entrepreneurial economy in downtown Detroit.   The historic building has been transformed into an environment designed to inspire -- alive with edgy workspace as well as a skylit loft area with a 136-seat state-of-the-art auditorium, meeting rooms, multifunctional collaborative areas, lounges, cafe stations and outdoor event space.
