ALL OF OUR PROJECTS INCORPORATE SUSTAINABLE STRATEGIES

Neumann/Smith is committed to sustainable strategies that conserve resources, reduce energy and operating costs, enhance aesthetic goals, and promote health and productivity. The LEED rating system established by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is a nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance buildings. Over 65% of our architects and interior designers are LEED Accredited Professionals and we've designed 2 million square feet of LEED rated projects.

Green strategies are an integral part of every design whether or not our client chooses to pursue certification. We know that even small measures can make a big difference over the lifetime operation of a facility. It’s the right thing to do for our clients as well as our planet.
