WE CREATE VIBRANT FITNESS & RECREATION FACILITIES THAT ARE FUNCTIONAL AND FUN

Neumann/Smith designed an iconic municipal aquatics and recreation center, a new fitness center in the heart of an urban university campus, and an innovative hybrid which fully integrates a medical clinic for athletic medicine, cardiovascular rehabilitation and industrial medicine with a public fitness center. We also created one of the 10 largest municipally operated recreation centers in the nation, a community recreation center which is the cornerstone of a new Town Center in a neo-traditional planned community, and a new neighborhood YMCA. We help our clients create successful facilities that maximize revenue, minimize operational costs and allow for future change.
