YOUR EDUCATION & SKILLS:

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate is a licensed architect with strong leadership and client management skills, as well as experience guiding complex architectural projects from planning through delivery. You will lead project teams, manage schedules and resources, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients while ensuring successful project outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the planning and execution of complex architectural projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project documentation, design coordination, and QA/QC to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.

YOUR EDUCATION & SKILLS:

• Professional degree in Architecture, 12 + years of experience
• Expert-level experience in architectural project management, including delivery of complex, large-scale projects.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking an Interior Designer in our Southfield studio and will involve collaborating with our Design team to deliver exceptional design outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate is a creative and collaborative designer with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will have a proven track record of independently applying architectural concepts and leading investigation, evaluation, programming, and recommended solutions that best fit the client’s needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop creative interior design concepts that demonstrate a strong understanding of materiality, composition, and spatial experience
• Craft compelling design narratives and project storytelling that clearly communicate the vision and intent of each project
• Participate in and/or lead presentations to clients and project stakeholders, communicating design ideas in a clear, confident, and professional manner.
• Prepare polished presentations, diagrams, and client-facing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop.
• Produce detailed construction drawings and documentation, model Revit families, and generate Enscape renderings directly from the Revit model.

YOUR EDUCATION & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design from an accredited program with minimum 5 years of experience
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, SketchUp, and FF&E
• Previous experience working in commercial, multi-family, higher education, workplace, or retail
• Experience creating high-quality visualizations and renderings using Enscape and Lumion
• NCIDQ licensure and/or LEED accreditation are considered assets.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Manager serves as a strategic link between marketing and business development efforts, ensuring that brand positioning, client engagement, and pursuit activities are aligned to support client acquisition and retention. This role leverages tools such as CRM to connect marketing activity with business development outcomes and long-range firm goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work alongside senior leadership and principals to manage and produce RFP/RFQ responses, including strategy development, consistent messaging, content coordination, and final delivery
• Coordinate resumes, project sheets, narratives, and graphics
• Support interview presentations, preparation, developing interview decks, translating firm strategy into clear market facing language
• Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, website, and print platforms
• Manage the firm’s social media platforms, developing and executing content strategies that highlight firm thought leadership, culture, projects, events

YOUR EDUCATION & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, or related with minimum 5 years of experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to diverse audiences
• Strong background in graphic design, proficiency managing social media, email, and website platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, WordPress, CRM. Familiarity with Miro, Open Asset, or similar preferred
• Experience in AEC marketing or professional services preferred

• Prepare polished presentations, diagrams, and client-facing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop
• Produce detailed construction drawings and documentation, model Revit families, and generate Enscape or Lumion renderings directly from the Revit/SketchUp model.

YOUR EDUCATION & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent is preferred with a minimum 6 years of experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper experience is a plus. Adobe and Microsoft.
• Strong verbal and graphic communication skills and ability to work within diverse team of designers
• Previous experience working in commercial, multi-family, higher education, workplace, or retail projects
• Knowledge of project specifications for design related products and equipment
