We are currently seeking a Project Architect to join our team in the Southfield studio. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills as well as an understanding of building codes and ADA requirements. You will support projects in the development of concepts, which are incorporated into a final product in conjunction with the work of other architects and technicians.

who you are / 

  • Project Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • A team player with the ability to develop, coordinate, and review construction documentation for complex design solutions
  • Effective communicator who speaks confidently and articulates well
  • Focused individual who works well under deadline pressure

what you will do / 

  • Develop technical construction documents in Revit and CAD,
  • Coordinate with consultants as necessary
  • Responsible for specific technical aspects of an assigned large complex projects or technical specialty, including investigation, evaluation and recommendation of solutions that best meets the client’s needs
  • Provide professional architectural consultation in the planning and coordination of large complex projects
  • Assist with project specifications by providing relevant and required product, equipment information and compiling and analyzing data
  • Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and systems
  • Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures
  • May provide technical guidance to less experienced architects/architectural staff
  • Writes and reviews completed reports, plans, and calculations

your education + skills / 

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of architectural experience
  • 5 years minimum experience in Revit developing models and technical details
  • Previous commercial, higher education, retail, wood construction, etc. experience
  • Advanced REVIT skillset

We are seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Based in our Southfield studio you will coordinate all project efforts, ensuring effective execution.

who you are / 

  • Project Manager with 10 or more years of experience
  • A team player who communicates effectively with sound judgment, thoroughness and appropriate decision making
  • Effective communicator who speaks confidently and articulates well
  • Focused individual who works well under deadline pressure
  • Experienced in commercial interiors, multi-family, higher education, or retail

what you will do / 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution
  • Assists with project specifications by providing relevant and required product, equipment information and compiling and analyzing data.
  • Actively manage internal budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.
  • Represents the firm with targeted clients, consultants, contractors and with the public.
  • Prepare strategic plans for successful projects

your education + skills / 

  • Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program
  • Licensure preferred
  • Experience in Revit developing models and technical details
  • Strong understanding of building science, codes, and ADA requirements.
  • Knowledge of construction types, techniques, and Construction Administration.
  • Accuracy, completeness, clarity, and composition in graphic/visual and written expression.
