Neumann/Smith Architecture, one of Michigan’s most distinguished design firms, is pleased to announce the addition Kelli Herman as Business Development Manager.
“Kelli’s depth of knowledge in both architecture and construction will provide a clear advantage to our clients,” said President, Joel Smith. “Her diverse background and understanding of the design process will further elevate the high-level of personalized service, support and guidance that we know is of great importance to our current clients, and those looking to begin architectural design.”
Kelli will be responsible for business development strategy and client relations for Neumann/Smith’s Southfield and Detroit offices. She previously served as Business Development Manager for a local contractor and construction management firm, where she developed and executed strategies to support overall company-wide business development goals within several markets across the midwest region.
Kelli holds a Master’s degree in Energy Conservation in Architecture, Sustainability and Energy Conservation from the University of Arizona, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women Detroit, International Council of Shopping Centers, and 2016 Chair for the American Cancer Society’s Strides for Life.
