Berman Center for Performing Arts
The Berman, one of the largest and most technically advanced Jewish Community Center theaters in the U.S., features innovative lighting systems, a sound system for hearing impaired patrons, and a sophisticated fly system for lights, props and scenery. Its backstage includes dressing rooms, a green room, offices, and storage. To welcome patrons, a historic chandelier that once hung in Detroit’s upscale Bonwit Teller department store adorns its foyer.
