Located in the historic Saginaw News building, CMURC’s new coworking space offers a one-stop shop for business owners and entrepreneurs to get the access they need to accelerate their companies, collaborate, and innovate. Giving nods to the rustic, old-town ambiance of Downtown Saginaw, exposed brick walls, raw, industrial steel ceiling beams and structures, and stained, polished-concrete floors appear throughout the space. Raised wood floors and benches made of reclaimed barnwood line the perimeter of the space and offer a place for visitors to work along the windows, providing beautiful views of the Saginaw River.
