The Shops at Mission Viejo expansion introduces an outdoor, desert-modern style retail and dining district that complements the existing enclosed mall. Four new buildings, including a two-story retail building and three food-and-beverage destinations, are anchored by an intimate plaza and central promenade with open sight lines. Natural materials, warm earth tones, and curated pops of turquoise, terracotta, and sage create a cohesive, branded environment designed for gathering, dining, and connection.
