One Woodward Avenue
To meet the growing demand for space in Detroit’s tech district, Bedrock engaged Neumann/Smith to renovate nine floors of the 1962 One Woodward building. Our team designed flexible 15,600 sf floorplates for Quicken Loans employees and future tenants, incorporating a dynamic mix of patterns and textures throughout. The second floor serves as a vibrant event space, featuring a stage, AV capabilities, a pre-function bar and lobby, and a catering kitchen.
