Pat brings a unique perspective to his work, drawing on experience in MEP systems, structural engineering, construction, and architecture. As a licensed architect in Michigan, Florida, and California, he has led a wide range of impactful projects across the country. Those who work closely with Pat know he’s inspired by delivering creative, client-focused solutions. His well-rounded knowledge base, eye for detail, and hands-on approach make him a natural fit for this firmwide leadership role.

A Mindset for Growth

Pat is also known for his thoughtful mentorship and practical, grounded advice. When asked what advice he would give to someone just starting their career in architecture or design, his response was simple but powerful:

“Ask questions. Everyone will have a different thought on how something should be done. Ask: Why are we doing it this way? Challenge the details, step back, and ask why.”

Over the past 11 years, Pat has distinguished himself as a leader dedicated to the continuous improvement of the firm and has played a key role in shaping the way we work. From streamlining internal processes to elevating project delivery and mentoring team members, Pat’s leadership reflects a commitment to both our clients and our team.

In his new role, Pat will lead operational excellence across the firm, championing innovation, adopting forward-thinking strategies, and integrating the latest technologies to enhance how we collaborate and deliver value.

Most recently, Pat has helped our firm shape multi-family, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use projects including The Godfrey Hotel Detroit, Beverly Center, and Michigan Central Station.
