New music spills out onto the streets of Detroit from a majestic curved red brick and stone facade, located at Griswold and Grand River on Capitol Park. Thanks to the focused teamwork of Sachse Construction and Neumann/Smith Architecture, the Detroit Institute of Music Education, or DIME, began its tenure last year as the premier inheritor of the city's rich musical heritage.
