After 40 years, Transwestern decided to renovate the Southfield Town Center. While other similar renovations embraced a more industrial aesthetic, we focused on a sleek, sophisticated blend of traditional and modern design to set this project apart. To achieve this, Neumann/Smith improved the grand entrance and lobby and updated finishes throughout. Other new amenities include a collaborative workplace, coffee shop, cafes, outdoor space, and parking lot.
